7-Day Easy Return

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The size does not fit.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

  • The item is unused and in its original condition with all original packaging.

Size Exchange – Absolutely Easy

Choosing the right size online can be difficult.

That's why WOLVEER offers an easy size exchange within 7 days, subject to stock availability.

Customers are requested to keep the product unused while trying it on indoors.

Refund Eligibility

Once your returned product is received and passes our quality inspection, your refund will be processed.

Refunds are available only if:

  • The product is defective or damaged.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The ordered item is unavailable after purchase.

If a customer simply changes their mind, a size exchange or store credit may be offered instead of a cash refund.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

The refund will be issued through the original payment method or via bank transfer, where applicable.

Return Shipping

  • If WOLVEER made the mistake (wrong item, damaged item, manufacturing defect), we cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to a size selection or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges unless a promotional free-exchange offer applies.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns cannot be accepted if:

  • The product has been worn outdoors.

  • The sole shows signs of use.

  • The item is damaged due to misuse.

  • Original packaging or accessories are missing.

  • The return request is made after 7 days of delivery.

Every WOLVEER product undergoes quality inspection before dispatch. In the rare event that something isn't right, we'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
