Every WOLVEER product is carefully inspected, securely packaged, and shipped with the highest attention to quality. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver your orders.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During product launches, promotional campaigns, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.


2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times within Pakistan are:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed during checkout.

  • WOLVEER may offer Free Shipping on selected products, promotional campaigns, or orders above a specified purchase amount.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipment details or a tracking number through the contact information provided with your order, where available.


5. Delivery Attempts

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact number provided at checkout are accurate.

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.


6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in eligible areas across Pakistan.

Customers are requested to:

  • Keep the exact payment amount ready, where possible.

  • Receive the parcel personally or arrange for an authorized person to receive it.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged product,

  • A defective item, or

  • The wrong product,

please contact WOLVEER within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the package and product.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


8. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Political or regional disruptions

  • Courier service issues

  • Natural disasters or other unforeseen events

We appreciate your patience in such situations.


9. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched by contacting our customer support as soon as possible.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. Customers may instead request a return or exchange if eligible under our policies.


10. International Shipping

International shipping may be available for selected destinations.

Shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and local fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance process.
